न गणस्याग्रतो गच्छेत्सिद्धे कार्ये समम्फलम्।
यदि कार्य विपत्तिः स्यान्मुखरस्तत्र हन्यते।।
अर्थात्,
जनसमूह का मुखिया वनकर न जाएं , क्योंकी कार्य सिद्ध होने पर सव बराबर के फल के हिस्सेदार होंगे। यदि काम विगड़ गया तब मुखिया ही मार खाते हैं।
Meaning -
One should not lead the gathering.as a chief Because the fruit of the action will be shared equally amongst all if the succeeds. But the leader is beaten up if it fails.
