आनन्दवाष्परोमाञ्चौ यस्य स्वेच्छावशंबदौ।
किं तस्य साथनैरनैः किङ्कराः सर्वपार्थिवाः।।
अर्थात्,
आनन्द के अश्रु तथा रोमाञ्च जिसके इच्छा के अधीन है ,उसे अन्य साधनों की क्या प्रयोजन? सभी राजा उसके नौकर हैं।
Meaning -
When the tears of joy and horripilation/goosebumps are subject to/obedient to one's own wish/desire, then what other means/instruments does he require? Thus all kings are his slaves/servants.
