यथा देशस्तथा भाषा यथा राजा तथा प्रजाः।
यथा भूमिस्तथा तोयं यथा बीजं तथाऽङ्कुरः।।
अर्थात्,
देश के अनुसार भाषा, जैसे राजा वेसे ही प्रजा, मिट्टी के अनुरूप जल और बीज के अनुरूप अङ्कुर निकलता है।
Meaning -
One should speak the language according to the country, the citizen should behave as per the king, the water follows the soil's nature and sprouts emerge according to the seed's nature.
